Science

During his 2014 State of the Union Address, President Obama said in regards to climate change, “the debate is settled. That should have been an early warning signal that something was not right. Science is never settled. In 1687 Isaac Newton publish his three laws of motion. These guided physics for three hundred years and along came quantum mechanics which proved Newton was only correct under certain conditions. In the 1850’s Dr. Lister was roundly criticized by the medical profession for declaring that doctors were killing their patients because of dirty hands. Up to that time they were not aware of microbes. Most recently in the 1920’s astronomer Carl Huble discovered that the universe was expanding and thus must have had a beginning which became known as the big bang. Recent discoveries by the new James Webb telescope have now refuted that theory. Any good scientist will answer all questions by prefacing his remarks with, to the best of our knowledge this is what we believe.
