Cuba

Cuba and North Korea are communist nations and they are run by dictators. In 2014 President Obama removed the sanctions that had been place on Cuba for 50 plus years and visited the island and shook hands with Raul Castro. Obama felt that it was time to try a new approach. Recently President Trump became the first sitting president to visit North Korea where he shook hands with Kim Jung un but did not remove the sanctions. Trump felt it was time to try a new approach.
