A salary of $600 per week makes you eligible for $300 per week in unemployment compensation. The first four months you will also receive $600 per week from the senate virus bill. This means you will be asked to go back to work and have your salary drop from $900 per week to $600 per week. As an added benefit payroll tax is not taken from unemployment compensation.
