Obama peace prize
I was watching a show where they interviewed people and asked them why President Obama won the Peace Prize and they were not able to give an answer. As I listened I realized that I couldn't give an answer, so I googled it and here is what I found.
Obama won because he went to Egypt and promised better relations with Muslim countries and to be a leader with ambitious global plans for scaling down a militaristic American foreign policy.
The committee said it honored Obama for his "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples."
