Kavanaugh's house

The constitution states the government is composed of three equal parts, one of which is the judicial system. Two years ago Senator Schumer stood on the steps of the Supreme Court and said, "I want to tell you, Gorsuch; I want to tell you, Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price," Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer roared Wednesday to a crowd of protesters angry over a Louisiana case before the court that threatens abortion rights. "You won't know what hit if you go forward with these awful decisions." A group of abortion-rights activists protested outside Brett Kavanaugh's house Saturday night.  The federal law O’Reilly claims these protestors have violated is Title 18, Section 1507 of the U.S. Code, which was enacted in 1950. Under this law, it is illegal to picket or parade in front of a courthouse or a judge’s home "with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge." None of these people were arrested. Could they be charged with sedition. These actions could be interpreted as attempts to overthrow the government of the United States.
