Tutors
It is often said that every student can learn but they learn in different ways and different rates thus the answer is to have one teacher per student. While this has always been physically and financially impossible, it is now a reality. Experts say that all students can learn but each learns in their own way. Each teacher can adapt the learning process to fit the student. It is a private tutor for each student and that tutor is AI. All students already have personal computers and now software is being developed for one-on-one learning. Here is what Google AI says:
AI is making it possible for each student to have a personalized, on-demand tutor, offering customized learning paths, instant feedback, and support at their own pace, overcoming barriers of cost and access that limit human tutors, and creating a "one-size-fits-one" educational model.
This is not only for K-12 but continues on through college. Many students are already comfortable with on-line courses and the private tutor can enhance the process. For use in K-12, teachers will still be in the classroom, to teach the students how to use the software and to keep them on task. Businesses can use AI in their on the job training taking students right out of high school and putting them into industry jobs.
