Jobs

The oncoming re-industrialization that the country is racing toward is being called the forth revolution by many economist. There will be two major problems that must be addressed. The first is what happens in a revolution when innovation eliminates jobs and there is a lag while displaced workers find new jobs. In the past automation has created more jobs than it replaced but they were different types. These new collar jobs will use high school grads plus on the job training and local tech schools could expedite the process. Industries will form co ops with local colleges to train students for the new jobs.
