Generals

Is there room to cut the defense budget without risking our safety. The same thing that happened to administrators in schools has happened in the military. Today we have 1.2 million people in the military and we have 43 four-star generals and admirals. During WW 2 we had 12 million under arms and 7 four-star generals.
