Tax or no tax

In 2018 corporations paid $94 billion less tax because of the Trump tax cuts. Individuals paid $240 billion less and total government revenues increased by $14 billion. This is called income redistribution from the government to the people. This is called growing the economy. The democratic candidates are saying they will reverse the tax cuts and this will result in redistribution of income from the people to the government. They can then use that money to redistribute to the people. In return for their generosity they will ask for votes so they can raise taxes and redistribute more. This is called growing the government. This is all based on the premise that the government can overcome the unfairness in the free market system.
