Lindi Li is in the news because she was a Biden supporter but early in 2023, she began to question Biden’s cognitive ability and was shunned by the rest of the party. Like several others she is writing a tell all book about Biden’s decline. She was born in China and came to America with her parents when she was five years old. She is of particular interest to many, not because of her political beliefs but for her outspoken opinions on climate change. She says she knows from her grandparents the problems associated with pollution in China and is a strong proponent of wind and solar. She is an intelligent lady with a good education but seems to be unaware of the pollution caused by the mining, processing and disposing of the materials needed for windmills and solar panels. It appears she had a knee jerked reaction against fossil fuels without investigation of what wind and solar would do to the environment. It seems there are many others like her, people who want clean air and water but never take the time to look further into the issue. It is easy to understand those who chose the new green deal for political reasons but not those who are totally concerned about the climate. It is almost as if they were taken in by those telling part of the story and are now unable to change their initial opinions.
