Refund benefits

The big news today is that the $3.5 trillion bill is deadlocked. Late this afternoon one of the squad said they would be willing to take a smaller number. This is the answer. They can keep most of what they want and lower the price by sun setting some of the more expensive items. They just fund them for five years instead of ten and this reduces the ten year cost. In five years they refund for the next five. If people have been receiving a benefit for five years the politicians will not have the guts to not renew. Problem solved.
