3rd term

Trump occasionally talks about having a third term as president and he is immediately challenged by the press. If any two-term president could convince two-thirds of both the House and the Senate to approve and then get three-fourths of the state legislators to approve then just maybe he should get another term. In today’s environment to get even a simple majority is considered a big victory.
