Equity

With the Super Bowl on the horizon the subject of racism has reared its ugly head. The complaint is that while 54% of the players are Black only nine of the 32 head coaches are Black. This is the concept of equity at play but if it were carried through it would mean that 80% of the Black players would have to be replaced with White, Hispanic, Asian or other players. Going further 70% of NBA players are Black and 99% of pro golfers are White. Equity demands a lot of changes.
