Just as the three parts of government offer checks and balances so is it the case with two strong political parties checking the power of one another. Right now, the democratic party is in a weakened position and must regain their footing for the benefit of the country. They find themselves on the unpopular side of too many issues and seem unwilling to reconsider their positions. Here are some no’s. No men in women’s sports, locker rooms or bathrooms. No drag queens in elementary schools. No gender surgery on minors. Here are some yeses. Secure borders. Deporting criminal migrants. Safe neighborhoods. Bringing jobs home. Cash bail on felons. Waste and fraud out of government. Some ways that both parties can agree Close the education gap. Close the income/wealth gap. Secure the peace in Ukraine.
